Meet the Graduate

Hi all, My name is Venelina Darakeva and I am a fresh Graduate in the field of Marketing. As this blog is suggesting, I am actively seeking employment in Marketing/Advertising/Branding/PR. Few years ago, when I started my Marketing education in University of National and World Economy, I was convinced that one day I will work as a Marketing expert and will inspire students and graduates the way that some of the Greatest Marketing specialists have inspired me for years. I've been reading lots of Marketing books, revealing the best world practices, as well as campaigns that have been a total failure for some of Fortune-500 companies and I found out the amazing world of Marketing and Advertising. I have been inspired by people like Malcolm Gladwell, Sergio Zyman, Peter Drucker, Leo Burnett, Peter Fisk, as well as some of the top Marketing excutives of 21st century, who reshaped my vision for Marketing and Advertising from traditional to content. As I am a fresh Graduate with almost zero experience in the field of Marketing (outside the academic classroom),and I face the difficult reality of finding a vacancy. However, I am a fighter and I will not give up on my dream. So, I decided to bring down all barriers and walls, that have stopped me from pursuing the desired career by overcoming geographical and economic limitations and trying to find a Marketing job globally. This blog is my (non-so-creative) ticket to future Marketing career, and I hope that all of you, potential employers, colleagues, mentors, and graduates will find it both interesting and helpful. I am going to upload additional information about myself in Pages, as well as I am going to post some of the project I have worked on in past, and finally I am going to reveal the things I am really passionate about - things I am looking forward to discuss with you! Thank you.
